"FRUIT SALAD"



Ingredients:

1 mango
2 oranges
1 / 2 small pineapple
1 kiwi
1 apple
18 grapes
2 pears conference or lemon
1 slice of watermelon chunks
lettuce leaves
2 palm

Preparation:

Tear lettuce by way of palm strips and small wheels.

Then chop the apple, mango and kiwi into small pieces. Oranges are split by two or three each segment. The berries in half.

Make a vinaigrette with olive oil base, half orange juice, a little honey, until a thick sauce.

Set as lettuce base and palm into a bowl. Add fruit. Drizzle with sauce. Garnish with mint leaves or mint.
